Endotracheal tube tip is in the right main bronchus with resultant complete opacification of the left lung and mediastinal shift to the left.
The right lung is clear.
Nasogastric tube and right transjugular central venous catheter are in a satisfactory position.

The endotracheal tube was repositioned immediately after the radiograph.
