Complication during new VP shunt catheter placement.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female

Normal subcutaneous placement of left VP shunt catheter along thoracic wall. The right VP shunt catheter migrated into right breast resulting in an iatrogenic breast implant rupture.
