Right eye coloboma. Hypoplastic distal right intracranial internal carotid artery and middle cerebral artery.

5 year old with with the right eye coloboma associated with optic chiasm abnormality and ipsilateral distal ICA / M1 / A1 hypoplasia. Features are thought to represent morning glory syndrome.
