Right internal carotid angiography shows Moyamoya phenomenon.
Case Discussion
Angiography was performed in a patient with right Sylvian fissure SAH with suspicion of MCA aneurysm.
DSA revealed severe stenosis of Intracranial ICA with Moyamoya pattern of collateral vessels.
There is a tight stenosis at the left vertebral origin.
Final diagnosis: Moyamoya phenomenon.
