Abdominal discomfort.

Age: Adult
Gender: Male

Irregular circumferential thickening of the cecum, appears to be involving the ileocecal valve, as well, with surrounding minimal stranding. Multiple enlarged regional lymph nodes. Trace of pelvic free fluid. No peritoneal or omental deposits.
