Presentation

Painless jaundice and weight loss.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Male

Gross dilatation of the biliary tree and pancreatic duct ("double duct sign") with fluid mass in the pancreatic head. No metastases to lymph nodes or liver.

Case Discussion

Typical mucinous tumor with large cystic mass in the head (may be in the body or tail) and minimal solid component causing bile duct and pancreatic duct obstruction.
