- Diffuse pattern of osteolytic punched-out lesions throughout the calvaria
- No acute intracranial hematoma
Case Discussion
The appearance of the calvaria in this case is consistent with multiple myeloma and can be described as a raindrop skull.
The patient in this case had a known history of multiple myeloma, which had been confirmed on serology.
