Presentation

Lethargy and whole body ache.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

Inumerable well circumscribed punched out lytic lesions of varying sizes seen throughout in the skull and mandible.

x-ray

Inumerable well circumscribed lytic lesions throughout the pelvis and upper femora with some endosteal scalloping.

Case Discussion

The findings are most consistent with multiple myeloma.

The differential diagnosis includes; metastasis, leukemia and lymphoma.
