Small lucent lesions in the skull, humeri, ribs, femurs, and pelvis.
Case Discussion
The radiological findings on the skeletal survey are in keeping with the laboratory findings confirming the diagnosis of multiple myeloma.
For both the patient and radiographer it's a fairly time consuming encounter completing a skeletal survey.
