Multiple sclerosis

Multifocal T2/FLAIR abnormal high signal intensity foci involving the corpus callosum, cerebral subcortical and deep periventricular white matter, cerebellar white matter and brain stem. Some of these lesions show complete and incomplete post contrast enhancement. Some of the lesion show diffusion restriction.
Evidence of some thinning of the right optic nerve root is noted compared to the left side.
Case Discussion
The overall features are suggestive of active demyelinating disorder likely multiple sclerosis.
