The uterus is diffusely enlarged with multiple intramural, and subserosal leiomyomas of various size. The largest leiomyomas are subserosal pedunculated of right corporeal (8.5x6.5x5 cm), and fundal left lateral (13.5x9.5x8 cm) location. They show a low to intermediate signal intensity on T1WI, low signal intensity on T2WI with central areas of high signal within the left largest leiomyoma (cystic degeneration). The postcontrast sequences demonstrate moderate and heterogeneous enhancement.
A mild free intraperitoneal effusion is noted.
Both ovaries appear normal with small follicles
