Muscle hernia - bilateral tibialis anterior at multiple levels

Diagnosis almost certain

Presentation

Bilateral leg focal swellings for about the last 8 years. Pain for the last few weeks.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

At the patient's swelling, there are focal muscle protrusions from the fascial defects. There are three defects on the right side and three on the left side. 
They are along on the anterior lateral side of each leg. 
The most extensive defect measures about 15 mm. 
Color doppler shows a penetrating vessel at the site of one of the hernias.
