6 cm mycotic aneurysm of the left ventricle.
Case Discussion
4 year old boy partially treated for tibial osteomyelitis. Had well circumscribed mass in right lung probably empyema so CT Chest was arranged which showed multiple pneumatoceles consistent with S. aureus bacteremia but other significant lesion was noticed in the heart where a 6 cm mass noted in cardiac apex well communication with a pedicle with left ventricle which is most likely be to be mycotic aneurysm.
