Presentation

Numbness and paresthesia in both legs. Aggravating back pain for more than 6 weeks.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

Large T2-hyperintense mass at L4 with thecal obstruction, congestion of intradural veins, and avid enhancement.
