Large nail traversing the palmar soft tissues at the base of the metacarpals. Flexion deformity of the 5th DIP.
Case Discussion
Misadventures with a nailgun. Uncertain if the 5th DIP flexion is an acute or chronic finding reflecting tendon/nerve injury.
