Presentation

Long standing sinus symptoms.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

Axial CT demonstrates the nasal septum to be almost entirely absent. The mucosa is thickened and nodular.

This patient has established granulomatosis with polyangiitis (previously known as Wegener granulomatosis) and nasal septum perforation.
