Swollen pancreas with non enhancing parenchyma, in keeping with necrotizing pancreatitis, with multiple pancreatic and peripancreatic capsulated collections and peripancreatic stranding, extending to the left pararenal space.
The proximal portions of the superior mesenteric and splenic veins are not opacified (thrombosed).
