Abdominal distension. Obstruction? Known renal patient.

Extensive bilateral nephrocalcinosis.

Clips in the left iliac fossa consistent with a transplant kidney.

Case Discussion

A very pronounced example of nephrocalcinosis. The shape and detail of the native kidneys is almost a like a jelly mold of calcium.
