Neurofibromatosis of breast

Presentation

Multiple breast lumps and a right arm subcutaneous swelling.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female
ultrasound

Sonography demonstrated bilateral well-defined, hypoechoic, oval lesions with mild posterior acoustic enhancement (BI-RADS category 3), few showing cystic changes and a similar looking right arm subcutaneous lesion. Some of them even resembling cysts.
