Large tumor mass in the right femoral and inguinal region, lymphadenopathy follow iliac vessels into the pelvis associated with retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy. Kidneys of shape, size and parenchymal thickness preserved. Dilatation of the right proximal ureter and do not excrete the contrast media.
Case Discussion
Biopsy was performed with ultrasound guidance. Histopathology confirmed large B-cell non hodgkin lymphoma, rich in histiocytes.
