A 60-year-old man presented with a lump in left upper thigh.The patient indicated that the lump had been present for two months.

Transverse sonogram at the anterior aspect of the thigh shows a well-defined round mass which is apparently separate from muscle .Doppler interrogation demonstrates hypervascularity within the mass.
Axial contrast enhanced CT demonstrates multiple well defined homogenous soft tissue masses in the retroperitoneal pelvic cavity as well as the upper part of the left thigh.There is encasement of the proximal part of the external iliac artery, but without evidence of osseous changes.No evidence of DVT.

Differential diagnosis includes primary and secondary tumors, such as :
Biopsy was performed with ultrasound guidance.
Histopathology confirmed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
