Conclusion (histopathological report):

histopathological aspect of a non-invasive hydatiform mole with a focal adenmyosis

Case Discussion

MRI features of a heterogeneously enhancing mass distending the uterine cavity with indistinct interface with the myometrium suggestive of a gestational trophoblastic disease.

The patient went to have a total hysterectomy with a histopathological exam that confirm the diagnosis of a non-invasive hydatiform mole.
