Non-ossifying fibroma

A mixed lytic and sclerotic lesion with sharp lobulated contour and excentric location in the distal tibia, focal thinning of the adjacent cortex. A cortical disruption at the anterior cortex in keeping with a pathological fracture.
Case Discussion
The lesion is greater than 2 cm and therefore called a non-ossifying fibroma instead of a fibrous cortical defect. There is cortical thinning of the distal tibia with a cortical disruption in keeping with a pathological fracture.
