Non-aggressive bubbly lytic lesion proximal humerus, with thin zone of transition and normal surrounding bone density.

A well-defined lesion of proximal humeral diaphysis with thin sclerotic bubbly margins and homogeneous content. It displays homogeneous low T1 signal and high T2 signal. No suppression on T1 fat sat sequence, reflecting non-fat-containing lesion.
Case Discussion
Non-aggressive bubbly lytic lesion proximal humerus. The most likely diagnosis is non-ossifying fibroma. The differential diagnosis would be fibrous dysplasia.
