Incidental finding in a case of ankle trauma

Patient Data

Age: 10 years
Gender: Male

A cortical-based distal tibial diaphyseal lesion is noted with lower signal intensity on T1W, high signal intensity on T2W with a thin hypointense rim on T1W and T2W. No surrounding edema.
