Non-ossifying fibroma - femur

There is a well-circumscribed multiloculated eccentric cortical lesion of the posterior aspect of the distal femoral diaphysometaphyseal region composed of lucent and sclerotic areas with peripheral sclerotic rim. No associated periosteal reaction, cortical breach or soft tissue mass. No femoral, tibial or fibular fracture seen.
Case Discussion
CT features are most consistent with a non-ossifying fibroma (incidental finding).
