The heterogenous solid to cystic tumor virtually replaces the testis. The tumor is composed of variably sized, partly confluent, pale tna nodules with zones of congestion and possible hemorrhage.
Case Discussion
This is an example of a non-seminomatous germ cell tumor (NSGCT); microscopically it consisted predominantly of immature teratoma with a smaller component of yolk sac tumor.
