Abdominal pain. ?obstruction

Non-specific bowel gas pattern.  Normal sacroiliac joints. 

Case Discussion

The abdominal radiograph is often requested to assess for dilated bowel loops, but there can be other areas that can show pathology, and are not always immediately obvious. 

The bones can be overlooked, such conditions and/ or signs include ankylosing spondylitisivory vertebra, missing pedicle, FAI, or osteonecrosis of the femoral heads
