No fracture identified. Incidental fabella seen in the lateral head of the gastrocnemius. Normal joint alignment.

Case Discussion

Normal CT Knee for reference. Of interest, there is a fabella seen in the lateral head of the gastrocnemius. This represents an accessory ossicle found in 10-30% of the normal population.
