Normal CTA thorax (non ECG gated)

Normal anatomical arrangement of aortic arch and major branches. No evidence of traumatic aortic injury. No mediastinal hematoma. No pericardial effusion.
Minor right basal atelectasis. The lungs and pleural spaces are otherwise clear. No pneumothorax. No rib, scapular, clavicular or sternal fracture. Normal T spine.
Incompletely imaged abdominal viscera have a normal appearance.
