No perianal fistula, sinus tract or collection. No subcutaneous edema. The internal and external sphincters and the pelvic floor are unremarkable. No gross adnexal mass, although this is not a dedicated study. Retroflexed uterus, with a 1.8 cm myometrial/subserosal lesion on the ventral surface has been partially imaged, likely a fibroid.
No pelvic free fluid.
Conclusion
Incidental uterine lesion likely fibroid, partially imaged. No other abnormality demonstrated.
