Presentation

FOOSH, snuff box tenderness

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Alignment is normal. No fracture or acute joint abnormality. On the lateral projection of the right wrist there is a tiny calcific body projecting over the dorsal aspect of the wrist soft tissues which likely represents a previous small avulsion injury.

Bilateral clenched fist views have been performed which demonstrate normal scapholunate intervals.
