Superior mesenteric artery branches:

Left-sided

Right-sided

Assessment of the visceral arteries should be a part of the routine assessment of CT abdominal study to avoid catastrophic miss of vascular stenosis or occlusion. Aneurysms are occasionally originating from the small branches. Maximum intensity projection is so helpful in this issue.
