Presentation

Renal transplant patient with sterile pyuria. Exclude vesicoureteral reflux or incomplete bladder emptying.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female
Fluoroscopy

A total of 320 ml Urografin was injected via the indwelling catheter.

Early and late filling images were obtained without evidence of ureteric reflux. No obvious filling defect within the bladder lumen was identified.

Dynamic imaging was performed during micturition. No obvious ureteric reflux demonstrated. The bladder completely emptied.
