Esophageal carcinoma

Double contrast barium oesophagram shows a long segment irregular narrowing of the mid thoracic esophagus with mucosal irregularity and typical apple core appearance, suggestive of esophageal carcinoma.
Case Discussion
Oesophagoscopic biopsy revealed squamous cell carcinoma.
