Presentation

Non-trauamtic right elbow - posterior aspect swelling. -- Few days.

Patient Data

Age: about 50 - 55 yrs
Gender: Male
ultrasound

Fluid collection with septa and local hypervascularity is noted in subcutaneous plane of posterior elbow, abutting olecranon cortex.

Triceps tendon is intact. An enthesophyte is noted at its insertion site.

Rest of the elbow shows no abnormality.
