Transverse lie. EFW <5th percentile and AC on 15th percentile. AFI is reduced at 2.5.
Case Discussion
An AFI < 5-8 is indicative of oligohydramnios. In this case there is also reduced amniotic fluid volume subjectively. The cause in this case was preterm premature rupture of membranes (PPROM).
