Well-defined expansile lytic lesions with a narrow zone of transition, cortical thinning, endosteal scalloping and central chondroid calcification involving the 1st,2nd and 3rd metacarpals, proximal phalanx of the 1st digit, proximal/middle phalanx of the 2nd digit, and middle phalanx of the 3rd digit. No fracture or periosteal reaction is seen.
