Extensive metastatic disease with multiple lung, liver and peritoneal metastases. Ascites is also present. Noted significant omental caking.
Omental metastatic disease can be difficult to identify early on, as it often appears as small nodules. Once advanced, as in this case, the diagnosis is fairly obvious.
