Omovertebral bone with Sprengel shoulder

The patient is mildly rotated. There is some minor retrocardiac left lower lobe consolidation in keeping with a pneumonia.
Incidental curvilinear osseous structure in the lower side of the neck on the left side. It curves laterally which is atypical for a cervical rib. The lateral end is adjacent to and possibly articulates with the medial angle of the scapula. The scapula is elevated. This is in keeping with an omovertebral bone and Sprengel shoulder.
Case Discussion
The patient clinically had a winged scapula and reported neck pain, due to a known diagnosis of Klippel-Feil syndrome. There is an association between Klippel-Feil syndrome and Sprengel deformity of the shoulder.
