Presentation

Facial trauma and progressive left eyelids and temporal fossa soft tissue swelling.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

Left orbital medial wall and nasal side floor blow-out fracture with a fat hernia and medial rectus muscle deviation (confirmed to represent entrapment on clinical exam). Pronounced eyelids, postseptal, and temporal fossa soft tissue emphysema. Nasal bone fractures.
