Well-defined intra-conal mass with a low signal pseudocapsule and patchy early enhancement, which displaces the optic nerve medially.  

Case Discussion

The features are typical of an orbital cavernous hemangioma.  

Akin to hemangiomas elsewhere, the enhancement would fill in progressively and appear homogeneous if delayed post-contrast images were obtained.
