A metallic density (3000 HU) foreign body in the right orbital apex.
Beam hardening artifact from the foreign body obscuring the surrounding bony structures.
No abnormal collection/hematoma in the orbital cavity or intracranial fossa.
The shape of right globe is normal. The lens is intact.
No gross hematoma in the retrobulbar space.
