Displaced comminuted fractures in the right orbital roof and frontal sinus outer table with upper eyelid and upper orbital cavity extraconal emphysema are seen.
Case Discussion
The orbital roof fractures are uncommon orbital wall fractures and are rarely isolated and usually associated with frontal sinus and supraorbital rim fractures. Orbital roof fractures can also lead to major complications such as CSF leakage and/or intracranial hemorrhage.
