Left-sided scrotal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

Enlarged left testis with increased flow on color Doppler and minimal peritesticular fluid. The right testis is normal.

Case Discussion

Orchitis is an infection of the testis, which is rarely isolated, and when in conjunction with the epididymitis is called epididymo-orchitis.
