Sport associated shoulder pain.

Os acromiale

Hypointense line traversing the distal acromion in keeping with an os acromiale with a fibrous synchondrosis. There is edema of the os together with focal effusion of the subjacent subacromial bursa consistent with bursitis from impingement.
