Lower back pain.

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
mri

There is bilateral symmetrical triangular hypointensity of both iliac bones of the sacroiliac joints in all sequences, likely sclerosis.

Preserved sacral side of the joint, preserved joints spaces and no joint collection.
