A large pedunculated mass lesion arising from the anterior aspect of left tibial proximal metaphysis projecting away from the epiphysis.
A similar small lesion is noted in the distal tibial metaphysis as well.
There are two transverse lines involving tibial proximal metaphysis representing Harris lines or growth arrest lines.
Case Discussion
15-20% of osteochondromas are located in the proximal tibia.
Multiple lesions can be seen in Hereditary multiple exostoses (diaphyseal aclasis).
