Chronic right elbow swelling

Osteochondroma

A bony overgrowth extending outwards from the surface of the right radial head away from the joint. The appearance is typical for an osteochondroma (exostosis). Cross sectional imaging, preferably MRI is advised to measure the cartilage cap especially if there is history of pain.
