Cortical thickening of posterior surface of upper third of left tibial shaft with ovoid lucent area. No aggressive periosteal reaction. Minor surrounding soft tissue thickening.
Small osteochondroma of lower third of left fibula.
Case Discussion
Classical CT appearance of osteoid osteoma which presents as cortical nidus. Classical clinical presentation is nocturnal bone pain.
